Returns & Exchange Policy:

Our returns / exchange process is simple, transparent, and easy.

We offer returns / exchanges within 7 (seven) days from the date of delivery. Once your return or exchange request has been accepted by our team, you will receive a notification on your registered email, and your order will be picked up by our logistics partner within 1-3 business days.

How to initiate a Return / Exchange:

All return / exchange requests must be submitted through our Returns Portal (please click on this hyperlink to initiate your return / exchange).

Return Policy:

  • Prepaid Orders: You may choose to receive your refund either as store credit or via your original payment method.
  • COD Orders: Refunds for cash on delivery orders will be provided only as store credit, UPI, or bank transfer.
  • Non-Refundable Charges: Original shipping and COD fees are strictly non-refundable.
  • Eligibility: Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and free from stains, perfume, makeup, or deodorant marks. Product tag and packaging must be intact.
  • Quality Control & Final Eligibility: All returned items undergo a mandatory Quality Control (QC) check at our warehouse upon arrival. Items failing this inspection due to stains, signs of use or missing tags are ineligible for a refund. In this instance, we will offer to ship the original item(s) back to you at a flat reshipment fee of ₹100 (payable prior to dispatch) via a link sent to your email or WhatsApp. Please note that if this fee is not paid and/or no response is received within 14 (fourteen) days, the item(s) will be permanently forfeited and will no longer be eligible for reshipment.

Exchange Policy:

  • One-Time Free Exchange: Each order is eligible for a one-time free size / product exchange.
  • Second Exchange: A flat fee of ₹200 (handling and shipping fee) will apply for a second exchange request on the same order. In case of return of an exchange product, an amount of ₹200 will be deducted (as shipping fee) from the refund amount owed by us.
  • Eligibility: Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and free from stains, perfume, makeup, or deodorant marks. Product tags and packaging must be intact.
  • Quality Control & Final Eligibility: All exchange request items undergo a mandatory Quality Control (QC) check at our warehouse upon arrival. Items failing this inspection due to stains, signs of use or missing tags are ineligible for both an exchange and/or a refund. In this instance, we will offer to ship the original item(s) back to you at a flat reshipment fee of ₹100 (payable prior to dispatch) via a link sent to your email or WhatsApp. Please note that if this fee is not paid and/or no response is received within 14 (fourteen) days, the item(s) will be permanently forfeited and will no longer be eligible for reshipment.
  • Availability: Exchanges are subject to availability of stock. If unavailable, store credit will be issued.
  • Discount Clause: Any discounts applied to the original purchase will be carried forward to exchanged items.
  • Price Difference: Any difference in the exchange amount will be credited only after the original item is received at our warehouse and passes our Quality Control check outlined above.

Pickup & Shipping Rules:

  • Reverse Pickup: Arranged only in serviceable areas covered by our courier partners.
  • Non-Serviceable Areas: Customers must self-ship items to our warehouse if their pin code is not serviceable for a reverse pickup. The cost of shipping will be reimbursed to the customer upon receipt of proof of shipment charges.
  • Pickup Attempts: A maximum of 3 (three) attempts will be made to collect your return or exchange. If both attempts are unsuccessful, the request will be automatically cancelled.  While we can regenerate a new pickup request upon your follow-up, please note that if this second set of attempts also fails for reasons attributable to the customer, the request will be permanently closed and no further refund or exchange will be possible.
  • Single Pickup Rule: All return / exchange requests for the same order must be booked together and sent back in one pickup. Any items left out of the initial pickup will not be eligible for a subsequent free pickup.

Other Terms and Conditions:

  • Accessories such as caps, totes, clips and other similar items are not eligible for return or exchange.This item cannot be returned or exchanged. 
  • Items sent to our warehouse without initiating a return / exchange request will not be accepted. Mile Collective is not responsible for the tracking or safety of unsolicited packages.
  • Mile Collective reserves the right to accept or reject any return / exchange request at its sole discretion if the product fails the Quality Check criteria outlined above.
  • Any claims regarding missing or damaged items delivered must be reported to us within 24 (twenty-four) hours of delivery, with an unboxing video showcasing the AWB number on any of our customer support platforms. Such claims are subject to a mandatory internal investigation and Mile Collective reserves the right to make the final decision based on our logistics records and warehouse footage. Claims for damaged or missing items delivered made after 24 (twenty-four) hours of delivery will not be entertained.
