SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY
All orders will be dispatched within 1-2 business days (Monday-Saturday), except for public holidays. Order tracking details will be shared to the registered email address. Once the order is shipped, please allow 4-5 business days for your order to reach you, depending on your pincode.
We offer free shipping PAN India. We do not ship internationally.
Any claims regarding missing items delivered or items damaged in transit must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery of the order, accompanied by an unboxing video showcasing the AWB number present on the shipping label affixed to the package. Please note that we will not be able to replace any missing/damaged items if the process outlined above is not followed.
Any disputes relating to delivery, including claims that an order has been marked as delivered but has not been received, must be reported to us within 24 hours of the delivery status being updated by the logistics partner. We are not liable to investigate or process claims raised in this regard after this period.
TRACK YOUR ORDER
All our orders are shipped via BlueDart, Delhivery and XpressBees which are reliable third-party vendors for PAN India shipping. Tracking details are sent to your registered email ID once your order is shipped.
