How to Measure

To find your perfect fit, follow the steps below.

Waist

Wrap a measuring tape around the smallest part of your waist.

Hip

Standing with feet hip width apart, wrap the measuring tape around the widest part of your bum.

Inseam

Standing with straight legs, measure the inside length of your leg from the groin to the ankle bone.

Under Bust

Just below the bust, measure around your ribcage. Make sure the tape is parallel to the ground all the way around.

Surprisingly Comfortable – Absolutely Love the Quality!

I honestly can’t remember the last time I wore leggings - probably when I was a kid! I was never keen on them because I always imagined they would feel sticky and uncomfortable, especially when sweating.

I wanted some good activewear to motivate me to go for daily walks, and I’m so glad I gave these leggings a try! The fabric is surprisingly soft and buttery to the touch, the fit is perfect, and what impressed me most was how comfortable they remained even after walking for an hour. They stayed dry and didn’t cling uncomfortably to my skin, which was exactly what I had been worried about.

I’m genuinely amazed by the quality and have already been eyeing the other colours! I’m also working towards losing some weight, and I fully intend to come back and splurge on a smaller size.🤞🏽

My only suggestion would be to add a side pocket. A pocket on the thigh would be such a useful addition for carrying my phone, AirPods case, and house keys during walks. I prefer walking hands-free, so a discreet, secure pocket would be a fantastic addition. Other than that, I’m absolutely delighted with my purchase!

This is my second purchase from Mile. On the go leggings are really great, I use them for my Strength training and Cardio Sessions.

These leggings are incredibly comfortable. I’ve never worn anything softer.

One of the best I've tried from an Indian brand!The fabric is super soft, stretchy, and breathable, which makes a huge difference during workouts <3
They also hold up really well after washing and keep their shape - def recommend!

Absolutely loved it! The fabric is cloud soft, stretchable and yet gives a smooth finish without seam show.
The waistline doesn’t roll down during workouts and the tightsare comfortable to workout with.
It hasn’t lost its shape even after multiple wears and a wash!
Hopethe quality remains.
I just wish the length was a tiny bit shorter to accommodate shorter girls like me! 2k seems pricey butthe tights quality it worth the penny.
