Standing with straight legs, measure the inside length of your leg from the groin to the ankle bone.

Just below the bust, measure around your ribcage. Make sure the tape is parallel to the ground all the way around.

The fabric is literally butter, and it just feels like a second skin when worn. The waist band doesn't roll down while intense sets making it more wanted. The best part is, I can say this after owning a million different brands of athleisure, Mile doesn't give any camel toes. Hence, the insecurity of most people is taken care of by the Mile.
